In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our high-speed packaging lines run efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Shift Leader, you will lead a dedicated team, troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. You will bridge the gap between production planning and floor execution, playing a pivotal role in maintaining our supply chain integrity. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise production shift activities to ensure daily production targets are met within scheduled timelines.
- Monitor machine performance and material usage, ensuring optimal efficiency of flexible packaging production lines.
- Enforce strict adherence to Quality Control (QC) standards and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Manage, coach, and develop floor operators to foster a culture of high performance and safety.
- Perform regular troubleshooting of technical issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for machinery repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) policies and environmental regulations.
- Prepare accurate daily shift reports, documenting production output, downtime, and resource consumption.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a production leadership role, specifically within the flexible packaging or FMCG industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of packaging machinery (e.g., Printing, Lamination, Slitting, or Bag Making processes).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Proficient in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Willingness to work in a shift rotation and based in Ciujung, Serang.
