Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end production operations for the Gummy line during your assigned shift.
- Ensure daily production targets are met or exceeded while maintaining optimal line efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor shift operators to foster a high-performance culture.
- Monitor and troubleshoot machine performance and process bottlenecks in real-time.
- Uphold strict compliance with food safety, quality control standards, and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Manage shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation of production outputs and equipment logs.
- Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols to ensure zero accidents in the facility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor in an FMCG or food manufacturing environment (Gummy/Confectionery experience is a plus).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team of operators effectively.
- Deep understanding of production planning, lean manufacturing, and problem-solving techniques.
- Ability to work in a rotating shift schedule.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in data reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
