Orang Tua Group, a leading consumer goods company in Indonesia, is looking for a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader of Production (Lamination) to join our high-performing team in Ciujung, Serang. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our manufacturing excellence by overseeing the lamination production process to meet strict quality, safety, and output targets.
As a Shift Leader, you will manage, motivate, and direct a production shift team to optimize operational efficiency. You will be responsible for real-time problem solving, production reporting, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene within our production facilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, supervise, and mentor production operators to ensure daily production targets are achieved efficiently.
- Monitor the lamination machine performance and production flow to minimize downtime and waste.
- Ensure strict compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO quality standards.
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams to resolve technical machine issues or quality discrepancies promptly.
- Conduct regular shift briefings to communicate production goals, safety updates, and operational changes.
- Maintain accurate production documentation, including daily shift reports, machine logbooks, and inventory usage.
- Foster a culture of safety and cleanliness on the shop floor, ensuring all employees adhere to OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial) or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Shift Leader or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, specifically within the lamination or flexible packaging industry.
- Strong knowledge of production scheduling, lean manufacturing principles, and machine maintenance workflows.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a diverse production team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to operational improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts and based in Ciujung, Serang, Banten.
