In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring our production outputs meet the highest quality standards before reaching our consumers.
As the Shift Leader of QC, you will oversee daily operations, lead a team of QC inspectors, and ensure that all production lines adhere strictly to safety, quality, and hygiene protocols. You will be responsible for real-time monitoring of product quality, managing production cut-off reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to minimize waste and maximize operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and mentor the QC shift team to ensure optimal productivity and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform regular inspection of raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods to ensure compliance with company specifications.
- Conduct thorough daily production cut-off reporting and data analysis to identify trends and quality deviations.
- Enforce strict implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards across all shifts.
- Manage the identification and quarantine of non-conforming products to prevent defects from reaching the market.
- Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain precise documentation and logs for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a Quality Control or Quality Assurance role within a manufacturing setting (FMCG experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards, GMP, HACCP, and 5S methodology.
- Proficiency in analyzing production data and generating comprehensive operational reports.
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to manage and motivate a shift team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
- Willing to work in a shift-based system and located in Caringin, Bogor.
