Join Orang Tua Group as a Shift Leader of QC and lead quality assurance initiatives in our manufacturing operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and supervise production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Conduct systematic product inspections at all manufacturing stages
- Lead root cause analysis for quality deviations and implement corrective actions
- Train production teams on quality control procedures and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize production parameters
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in quality control leadership role
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001)
- Experience with statistical process control (SPC) methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership ability in manufacturing environments
- Proficient in quality management software and tools
