Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for excellence in manufacturing? Orang Tua Group, one of Indonesia's most prominent consumer goods companies, is seeking a dedicated Shift Leader of Quality Control to join our team in Surabaya. In this critical role, you will be the guardian of our product integrity, ensuring that every item leaving our facility meets our high standards of quality from raw materials to finished goods.
As a Shift Leader, you will manage, lead, and mentor a team of QC inspectors across your designated shift. You will be responsible for identifying process improvements, reducing waste, and maintaining a culture of safety and compliance within the production environment. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical skills to solve complex quality issues on the production floor.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead daily QC shift operations to ensure production quality standards are consistently met.
- Monitor and inspect raw materials, in-process goods, and final products for conformity to technical specifications.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all QC documentation and reporting are completed accurately and in accordance with SOPs.
- Manage, train, and develop a team of quality control inspectors to improve overall shift performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment in compliance with GMP and ISO standards.
- Collaborate closely with production and engineering departments to troubleshoot manufacturing issues in real-time.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance within the FMCG or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality management systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage shift teams effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Proficiency in using quality measurement tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to work in a rotating shift pattern in Surabaya.
