Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive team environment.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion control, ensuring adherence to Samgyupsalamat recipes and standards.
- Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and end-of-shift financial reporting.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of food, beverage, and supplies, coordinating with management to place timely orders.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations to maintain a clean and secure workplace.
- Address and resolve guest complaints and staff concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist the General Manager with scheduling, onboarding new hires, and achieving operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably in Korean BBQ or full-service dining.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Willing and able to work in Makati City, including shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
- Solid understanding of restaurant financials, P&L, and cost control.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Proficiency in restaurant POS systems (e.g., Toast, Micros, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Passion for Korean cuisine and the Samgyupsalamat brand culture.
