In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily packaging operations, ensuring production targets are met with the highest quality standards, and managing the technical efficiency of our packaging machinery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily packaging production activities to ensure operational efficiency and output targets are met.
- Monitor machine performance and oversee technical adjustments for cutting, printing, and slitting equipment.
- Manage shift schedules and prepare detailed daily production reports for management review.
- Control labor costs by effectively managing and authorizing overtime requests (Surat Perintah Lembur).
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) on the production floor.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior operators to ensure technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to ensure all packaging meets brand and safety specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelorâs degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical) or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or Production Leader in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of industrial packaging machinery, specifically cutting, printing, and slitting systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in production planning, reporting, and resource management.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Willingness to work in shifts and based in Klaten, Jawa Tengah.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; knowledge of English is an added advantage.
