Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and track inbound/outbound shipments for private and U.S. government materials
- Prepare and process customs documentation, shipping manifests, and commercial invoices
- Monitor inventory levels and manage warehouse stock for logistical assets
- Liaise with carriers, customs officials, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Maintain accurate shipment databases and compliance records
- Optimize logistics workflows while adhering to U.S. government regulations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- 2+ years experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse management
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., SAP, TMS) and MS Office Suite
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
