Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules and dispatch plans to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and coordinate stock movements for outgoing shipments.
- Liaise with third-party logistics providers and transport drivers to resolve delivery bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate records of shipment status, damages, and delays.
- Implement and enforce safety and quality control measures during the handling process.
- Analyze shipping data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Lead and mentor a small team of logistics staff to ensure high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shipment supervision or logistics coordination.
- Proficient in using logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret shipping data.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driving license (Type B) is preferred.
