Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for maritime logistics? Our team is looking for a dedicated Shipping Agency Operation Executive to join our Head Office in Jakarta Selatan. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our vessel operations, ensuring seamless coordination from the initial appointment phase through to the finalization of the Disbursement Account (D/A).
The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between vessel masters, local port authorities, and internal stakeholders. You will manage complex port call requirements, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide cost-effective solutions for our principals. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate vessel port calls, including scheduling, berth arrangements, and clearance procedures.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with vessel masters, port authorities, and service providers.
- Monitor vessel movements and update principals with real-time operational reports.
- Prepare and review Statement of Facts (SOF) and ensure accurate documentation.
- Manage the end-to-end Disbursement Account (D/A) process, from preliminary estimates to final settlement.
- Ensure all operational activities comply with local maritime laws and safety regulations.
- Resolve operational discrepancies promptly to minimize vessel turnaround time.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field.
- Proven experience (2-4 years) in shipping agency operations or port agency roles.
- Strong understanding of port formalities, customs clearance, and terminal operations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and maritime management software.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, including availability for after-hours coordination when necessary.
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail regarding financial documentation.
