Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate vessel arrival and departure procedures with port authorities and terminal operators.
- Manage and prepare all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, manifest reports, and customs declarations.
- Liaise between vessel masters, cargo owners, and internal departments to ensure timely information flow.
- Monitor vessel movements and track cargo status to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.
- Handle administrative duties related to port disbursements and shipping agency accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all local maritime regulations and company safety standards.
- Resolve operational discrepancies or delays occurring during port stays promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Port Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a shipping agency, freight forwarding, or port operations environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian maritime regulations and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and shipping management software.
- Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure in a 24/7 shipping environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the Medan area.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English for professional communication.
