In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of our supply chain. You will be responsible for managing complex shipping documentation, coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners, and ensuring full compliance with customs and transport regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, review, and manage all essential shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Coordinate with internal procurement and warehouse departments to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Communicate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to track shipments and resolve transit issues.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all import/export transactions.
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and international trade policies.
- Monitor shipment schedules to identify and mitigate potential delays in the supply chain.
- Prepare regular reports on shipping status, transit times, and logistics costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in shipping, export/import documentation, or general logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping procedures, Incoterms, and customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of documentation without errors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage time effectively under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
