Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and prepare all necessary export-import shipping documents, including Bill of Lading, Invoice, Packing List, and Certificates of Origin.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers to ensure timely shipment bookings and clearance processes.
- Monitor and update the status of incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
- Verify and process Letter of Credit (L/C) documents and other financial trade instruments accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive digital and physical filing systems for all import-export activities to ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Production, Sales, and Warehouse) to manage shipping schedules and lead times.
- Handle incoming inquiries or issues regarding shipping documentation and resolve discrepancies promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in export-import documentation or shipping administration, preferably within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, HS codes, and Incoterms 2020.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle) is highly preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive documentation under pressure.
- Good command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with international partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
