Mineral Alam Abadi Group is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shipping Foreman to join our dynamic team in the strategic industrial hub of Morowali, Sulawesi Tengah. As a key player in the logistics and manufacturing sector, we are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of operational efficiency and safety in our supply chain operations.

What You Will Do:
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate all loading, unloading, and staging activities for vessels to ensure timely delivery and cargo integrity.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, maritime regulations, and environmental standards during shipping operations.
- Communicate effectively with vessel masters, port authorities, and internal stakeholders to resolve logistical challenges efficiently.
- Manage and verify all shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and customs clearance papers.
- Conduct regular inspections of shipping equipment and facilities to identify potential hazards and prevent operational downtime.
- Lead and mentor a team of dockworkers and logistics personnel, fostering a culture of safety and productivity.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure material availability for shipping schedules.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or maritime operations within an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Possess a relevant educational background in Marine Transport, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian maritime laws, customs regulations, and international shipping standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficient in reading shipping charts, logs, and technical documentation.
- Valid certification in safety management (e.g., STCW) or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by shipping schedules.
