Kinrui New Energy Technologies Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Operation Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth execution of shipping operations, ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of critical components to support our manufacturing and distribution goals.
You will act as the primary point of contact for logistics providers, managing the entire shipping lifecycle from booking to final delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily shipping operations and coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and verify all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Track shipments in real-time and manage logistics schedules to ensure on-time delivery and meet production targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian import/export regulations, tax laws, and safety standards.
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to address logistical bottlenecks.
- Optimize logistics processes and inventory movements to reduce shipping costs and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with the planning team to forecast shipping needs and plan monthly logistics requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in shipping operations, logistics, or supply chain management within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms, shipping terms, international trade laws, and HS Code classifications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using logistics management software and MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills are preferred).
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
