Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily shipping and distribution operations to ensure timely loading and unloading schedules.
- Manage end-to-end documentation processes including Bill of Lading, custom clearances, and shipping manifests.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse inventory flows to minimize downtime and logistical bottlenecks.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the shipping team to ensure high-productivity and safety standards.
- Coordinate closely with port authorities, customs agencies, and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
- Implement and maintain rigorous health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols across all shipping activities.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in shipping operations, maritime logistics, or industrial supply chain management.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations, export/import procedures, and maritime shipping laws.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing operational teams in high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP or Oracle).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex logistics negotiations.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced industrial park environment.
