We are seeking a dynamic Shipping Operation Support Supervisor to drive excellence in terminal logistics operations. In this critical role, you will orchestrate seamless shipping processes through strategic planning, real-time monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily terminal operations including shipping scheduling, cargo handling, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement operational plans to maximize efficiency and minimize delays
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate with customs, vendors, and internal departments to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company operational standards
- Lead training programs for operational staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness
- Generate regular performance reports and recommendations for process optimization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in shipping operations or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing operational teams
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal/written)
