Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee daily outbound shipping activities to ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Prepare and manage accurate shipping documentation, including Delivery Orders (DO), Packing Lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Liaise with logistics providers and freight forwarders to schedule pick-ups and track shipments.
- Conduct physical checks on goods to ensure quality and quantity match the shipping orders before dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure stock readiness.
- Maintain systematic filing and digital records of all shipping activities for audit purposes.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and transportation regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is essential for data entry and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage documentation without errors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight shipping schedules effectively.
- Knowledge of logistics management software is considered an advantage.
- Willing to be stationed in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten.
