- Repair and Restoration: Perform expert repairs on leather shoes, bags, and accessories, including sole replacement, stitching, and hardware fixing.
- Stretching and Fitting: Adjust shoe size and width to ensure customer comfort using specialized stretching techniques.
- Polishing and Care: Clean and polish leather items using high-quality products to maintain their texture and color.
- Quality Control: Inspect leather materials and finished products to ensure they meet strict quality standards.
- Customer Assistance: Communicate effectively with customers to understand their repair needs and provide professional advice.
- Workshop Maintenance: Keep the repair station organized, clean, and safe at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Shoemaker, Leather Technician, or in a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using hand tools and basic leatherworking machinery.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of different leather types, stitching methods, and shoe construction.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality repairs and finishes.
