VA Masters is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Short‑Form Video Editor to join our fast‑paced marketing team. In this part‑time role, you’ll turn raw footage into punchy, trend‑driven content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other emerging platforms.
You’ll work closely with our creative director, copywriters, and social media managers to ensure every clip aligns with our brand voice and drives engagement. This position offers flexible hours, the chance to work remotely, and the opportunity to shape the visual identity of a growing company.
What you’ll do:
- Edit and assemble raw footage, sound, and graphics into polished short‑form videos (15‑60 seconds).
- Add transitions, captions, music, and visual effects that boost viewer retention.
- Optimize videos for each platform’s technical specs and algorithm preferences.
- Maintain a consistent style guide while experimenting with fresh trends.
- Collaborate with the creative team in regular review meetings and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and editing techniques.

Kualifikasi
