- Plan and execute localized short video content strategies tailored to target audiences.
- Write creative scripts, storyboards, and creative concepts that drive engagement.
- Oversee the entire video production process, including pre-production planning, shooting, and post-production editing.
- Direct on-camera talent and manage video crews to ensure professional execution.
- Edit and finalize videos using industry-standard editing software to meet technical quality standards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align video content with broader brand campaigns.
- Analyze video performance metrics to optimize future content strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Short Video Director or Content Creator.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in short-form video production and editing.
- Excellent scriptwriting and storytelling abilities with a creative flair.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Multilingual capabilities (e.g., English, Mandarin, Malay) are highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and audience behavior.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under tight deadlines.
