Whether it is a TikTok walkthrough, an Instagram Reel highlighting lifestyle amenities, or a YouTube Short deep-dive into market trends, your presence will be the bridge between properties and prospective buyers.

- Script, host, and present engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with videographers and editors to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand standards.
- Conduct on-site property walkthroughs, highlighting key architectural features and lifestyle benefits.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends in Kuala Lumpur to provide insightful on-camera commentary.
- Engage with the online audience through comments and live-streaming sessions to build community rapport.
- Assist the creative team in brainstorming viral content ideas and monthly content calendars.
- Maintain a professional and consistent brand image across all digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an on-camera talent, TV host, social media influencer, or similar role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice.
- High level of comfort and charisma in front of the camera with the ability to improvise.
- Solid understanding of social media trends and video algorithms (TikTok, IG, etc.).
- A genuine interest in real estate, interior design, or urban development.
- Ability to work flexibly and travel to various property locations across Kuala Lumpur.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malay or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
