PT Fortis Pro Construct is looking for a talented and dynamic Short Video Operations Specialist to join our team. We are specifically hiring candidates who are fluent in Chinese to help us expand our content creation and marketing reach. In this role, you will play a key part in our media and advertising strategy by managing short-form video content. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality videos that resonate with our target audience, bridging the gap between local and Chinese-speaking markets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, create, and edit engaging short video content for various social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels).
- Develop content strategies that align with current trends and brand identity.
- Write scripts and dialogues in Chinese and ensure accurate translation for local audiences.
- Manage daily posting schedules and engage with followers to build community.
- Analyze performance data and metrics to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm new video concepts and ideas.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is required; English proficiency is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Previous experience in short video operations, content creation, or social media management.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to tell stories through video.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
