We are seeking a highly skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team at PT Artha Grafika Mediatama. As a key technical leader, you will oversee construction project execution on-site, ensuring all activities align with design specifications, technical requirements, and safety standards. Your expertise will bridge the gap between design concepts and physical implementation while coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. This role demands meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering projects on time and within budget. You will conduct regular site inspections, monitor progress against schedules, maintain quality control documentation, and implement corrective actions when necessary. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with design blueprints and technical specifications
- Coordinate with contractors and project teams to resolve technical issues and maintain workflow efficiency
- Conduct daily inspections and quality checks to verify material standards and workmanship
- Monitor project progress against schedules and report deviations to project management
- Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to occupational health regulations
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including daily reports and as-built drawings
- Manage site resources including equipment, materials, and labor allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site engineering or construction supervision
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and construction specifications
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Certification in construction safety management (e.g., SMK3) is highly desirable
- Experience with project management software and CAD tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Effective communication and leadership abilities for coordinating diverse teams
