Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes for the Cengkareng site, including sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of raw materials and equipment.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings while maintaining high standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to forecast future material requirements.
- Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and food safety regulations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders using the company's ERP system.
- Analyze market trends to identify new supply sources and anticipate potential supply chain disruptions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Purchaser, Buyer, or similar role, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work onsite in Cengkareng, Jakarta Raya.
