Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily site work activities to ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
- Execute comprehensive system testing protocols, documenting results and identifying potential technical bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve site-level technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and progress updates for project stakeholders and management.
- Support the commissioning and integration phases of system deployment.
- Liaise with sub-contractors to ensure equipment and site materials are ready for testing requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or a related technical discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in site supervision, system testing, or technical project support.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and project specifications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with site personnel and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with local Singapore construction or government project safety standards is a significant advantage.
