- Configure and maintain SiteMax project modules to align with company operational workflows.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical support and troubleshooting within the platform.
- Train and onboard team members on new SiteMax features and best practices.
- Manage digital document control, including daily logs, site photos, and safety reports.
- Analyze project data generated through the platform to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with field supervisors and office staff to ensure real-time reporting accuracy.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity across all digital construction management assets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a SiteMax power user or administrator in a construction environment.
- Strong understanding of construction project management lifecycles and documentation.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on technical software support.
