We are actively seeking a highly motivated SME Product Development Specialist to join our dedicated team and lead the charge on the MariBank initiative.
In this pivotal role, you will sit at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and user experience. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and managing the end-to-end development lifecycle for our suite of SME banking products. You will partner closely with world-class engineering, design, and business teams to deliver innovative financial solutions that empower small and medium-sized enterprises across Southeast Asia.

Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive the product roadmap for the MariBank SME product suite, aligning with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer discovery to identify unmet needs and growth opportunities in the SME segment.
- Create detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories, and work closely with engineering and UX/UI teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
- Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to continuously iterate on and improve product features and user experience.
- Manage the product backlog effectively, prioritizing features based on business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies and ensure successful product launches.
- Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress effectively to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related technical field. An MBA is a strong plus.
- 3–6 years of experience in product management or product development within a fintech company, digital bank, or financial institution.
- Proven experience specifically in SME banking, lending, or payments is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Amplitude).
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Deep understanding of the Southeast Asian regulatory and business landscape, particularly the Singapore market.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment with a high degree of autonomy.
