Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a daily content calendar across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor social media trends, hashtags, and industry news to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visual content, including images and short-form videos.
- Analyze social media performance metrics to generate monthly reports and optimize future strategies.
- Assist in managing influencer partnerships and community outreach programs to increase brand awareness.
- Maintain brand voice consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Admin or similar community management role.
- Strong proficiency in creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and design trends suitable for social platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Jakarta Utara.
