Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the ideation, creation, and scheduling of engaging social media content across various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form video content for social media campaigns, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Support the content team in developing creative concepts, storyboards, and scripts for visual assets.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement metrics to inform content strategy.
- Perform basic graphic design tasks, image editing, and visual asset preparation to complement video content.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content ideas, campaign strategies, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual style.
- Help manage and organize digital assets, including video footage, images, and project files.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Film, or a related field.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective content best practices and algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail and visual aesthetics.
- A keen interest in digital marketing, content creation, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- A portfolio showcasing previous video editing or social media content creation work is highly advantageous.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and able to commit for at least 4 months.
