Private Advertiser is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Raya. As a key player in our marketing division, you will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that drive engagement and brand loyalty within the retail industry.
In this role, you will manage our social media channels, ensuring a consistent and professional online presence. We are looking for a candidate who can translate complex marketing concepts into visually stunning and easy-to-digest content. You will work closely with the creative team to produce high-quality photo and video assets, manage community interactions, and analyze performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create visually engaging photo and video content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Manage daily posts, stories, and live streams across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and make recommendations for improvement.
- Analyze performance data (KPIs) to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the sales and retail teams to promote new products and store events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Social Media Officer or similar role in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for visual storytelling and digital marketing.
- Available for Full-time employment.
