Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust database schemas and SQL queries to support complex business requirements.
- Monitor and optimize Oracle database performance to ensure high availability, speed, and reliability for end-users.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and customer support, to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits, data cleanup routines, and quality assurance checks.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and user guides, to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Implement and enforce database security protocols to protect sensitive customer and company data.
- Engage with customers to understand their technical needs and provide accurate, empathetic, and timely solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PL/SQL preferred) and extensive hands-on experience with Oracle database management.
- Proven experience in a full-time Software Engineering or Technical Support role (2+ years experience preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on translating technical jargon for a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is a plus.
