Tanggung Jawab
- Perform manual soldering operations on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies with high precision and accuracy.
- Inspect all soldered joints to ensure they meet IPC-A-610 quality standards and company specifications.
- Maintain a high daily pass rate by minimizing defects and performing necessary rework efficiently.
- Operate and maintain soldering equipment, including soldering irons, hot air stations, and reflow ovens.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of daily output and defect rates.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically in hand soldering and PCB assembly.
- Strong manual dexterity and excellent hand-eye coordination for precise work.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain focus during high-volume production shifts.
- Familiarity with reading technical schematics, blueprints, and component datasheets.
- Basic knowledge of quality control standards and good visual inspection skills.
