In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, ensuring that packages move through our Sortation Center (SOC) with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
As a Shift Lead, you will oversee critical processes including inbound handling, sortation, bagging, and reprocessing. You will manage a dynamic team, solve operational bottlenecks in real-time, and ensure that our delivery promises to millions of customers across the Bali & Nusa Tenggara region are fulfilled. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations within the Sortation Center to ensure high throughput and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor inbound processes, sortation accuracy, bagging efficiency, and the seamless flow of reprocessing items.
- Manage, coach, and provide performance feedback to a team of warehouse associates and operational staff.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to enhance productivity.
- Maintain strict compliance with company safety standards, operational protocols, and quality control guidelines.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and coordinate with maintenance teams for any required repairs.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate critical updates to the Operations Manager.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics operations, or a supervisory role within an e-commerce environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and team-building capabilities, with a focus on motivating frontline staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data tracking tools to monitor shift performance metrics.
- Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet operational demands.
- Familiarity with local geographical logistics in the Bali and Nusa Tenggara regions is a significant advantage.
