Equinox Shipping Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sound Technician to join our professional team in Kebayoran Lama. In this role, you will be the backbone of our audio operations, ensuring high-fidelity sound delivery for a variety of corporate and logistics-related events, scripted presentations, and internal media projects.
The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of acoustic principles, signal flow, and real-time audio engineering. You will be responsible for maintaining our high standard of audio quality, ensuring that every session is handled with technical precision and professional care. Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and monitor live FOH (Front of House) mixing consoles for events and scripted productions.
- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshooting of audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, mixers, and cabling systems.
- Collaborate with event production teams to ensure optimal sound coverage and levels.
- Manage signal routing, equalization, and dynamics processing for live performances.
- Perform comprehensive pre-show sound checks and post-event equipment inspections.
- Provide technical support for various multimedia presentations and internal logistics conferences.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols regarding electrical equipment and sound rigging.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in live sound engineering and audio production.
- Proven expertise in live FOH mixing and console operation (digital/analog).
- Prior experience specifically in mixing for scripted shows is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of audio signal flow, acoustics, and troubleshooting hardware issues.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work under tight event deadlines.
- A proactive approach to equipment care and inventory management.
- Fluency in Indonesian and basic English communication skills.
