Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard potential suppliers to ensure a robust and diversified supply chain.
- Conduct thorough price negotiations to achieve cost-saving targets while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure reliable delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with production schedules.
- Manage purchase orders, invoices, and relevant procurement documentation with high accuracy.
- Analyze market trends and raw material pricing to provide actionable insights for management.
- Maintain compliance with company procurement policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sourcing Staff, Procurement Officer, or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.
- Fluency in Indonesian; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
