Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for textiles and supply chain management? CV Rumah Bahan is looking for a dynamic Sourcing Textile Specialist to join our growing team in Bogor. In this role, you will play a critical part in our production lifecycle by identifying, evaluating, and partnering with top-tier textile manufacturers and fabric suppliers.
You will be responsible for ensuring that our material procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet our high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of the Indonesian textile market to drive impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard new reliable textile suppliers and fabric manufacturers.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on fabric trends and pricing.
- Negotiate pricing, lead times, and payment terms to optimize procurement costs.
- Perform quality inspections and manage fabric sampling processes with suppliers.
- Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and consistent material quality.
- Coordinate with the production and design teams to understand material requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of suppliers, samples, and purchasing records.
- Resolve any supply chain bottlenecks or quality issues promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in textile sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Strong knowledge of various fabric types, characteristics, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with suppliers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory management systems.
- Willingness to travel to supplier locations as required.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under tight production deadlines.
