As a key member of the prestigious Seven Retail Group, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee daily sales operations, develop strategic plans to promote premium packages and high-end skin care services, and mentor a dedicated team committed to excellence.
In this pivotal role, you will focus on maximizing sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. You will ensure that all staff are aligned with company goals while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism. By analyzing market trends and customer feedback, you will continuously refine our approach to meet the evolving needs of our clientele. - Drive individual and clinic-wide sales targets by promoting premium packages and high-end skin care services.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and consultative selling to build long-term client relationships.
- Implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize revenue per client.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product offerings and promotional activities.
- Manage inventory levels for skincare products and services to ensure availability.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, share feedback, and align on sales goals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the beauty, wellness, or medical spa industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse sales team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Deep understanding of customer service standards and relationship building.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on results.
- Knowledge of skincare or aesthetic treatments is highly preferred.
