Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the clinic sales team to consistently achieve and exceed individual and clinic sales targets for premium skincare packages and services.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives tailored to the local market in Kemang and Tanjung Barat.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive promotion, upselling, and cross-selling of Sozo Skin's high-end aesthetic treatments and products.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience, fostering strong relationships and loyalty through personalized consultations and follow-ups.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports and forecasts for management.
- Oversee daily clinic sales operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage client feedback and resolve issues professionally to maintain Sozo Skin's reputation for excellence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments in the beauty and wellness sector.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive sales management experience, preferably within the premium beauty, aesthetics clinic, wellness, or luxury retail industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding challenging sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a strong capacity to inspire, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed strategic decisions.
- Customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of premium client service and relationship management.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
