In this role, you will be the face of Sozo Skin, responsible for creating a welcoming shopping experience. You will engage with customers to understand their skincare needs, provide expert product education, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their skincare needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate clients on the benefits and usage of Sozo Skin products.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Assist with store operations, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
- Build and maintain relationships with regular clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Must be currently located in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
- Previous experience in retail, beauty, or customer service is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong passion for beauty, skincare, and fashion.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
