Tanggung Jawab
- Perform a variety of professional massage and body treatments, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Maintain a spotless and serene environment for all guests, including sanitizing treatment rooms and equipment.
- Prepare and blend essential oils, creams, and lotions according to standard recipes.
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Engage with guests professionally, building rapport and ensuring a memorable experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Spa Therapist in a 4-5 star resort or spa.
- Valid certification or license in Massage Therapy or Beauty Therapy.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
