Join Conduent's dynamic HR Helpdesk Team as a Spanish-Speaking Customer Service Representative and become a vital resource for our global workforce. In this offshore role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for employees across Spanish-speaking regions, providing expert assistance on benefits inquiries, payroll processing, HR policies, and other critical employee concerns. Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to inbound calls and emails from employees regarding HR-related inquiries including benefits, payroll, and policy clarification
- Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish to ensure accurate information dissemination and issue resolution
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the HR management system for compliance and reporting
- Collaborate with HR specialists to escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and benefits programs
- Process payroll-related inquiries and ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee data
- Contribute to continuous improvement of service delivery processes
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory
- Previous customer service experience in call center or HR support environment preferred
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex HR topics clearly
- Proficiency in using HR software and CRM systems
- Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; HR certification or related degree is advantageous
