Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to inbound calls and emails from employees regarding HR-related inquiries including benefits, payroll, and policy clarification
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Spanish to ensure accurate information dissemination and issue resolution
  • Document all interactions and resolutions in the HR management system for compliance and reporting
  • Collaborate with HR specialists to escalate complex cases and ensure timely follow-up

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal) is mandatory
  • Previous customer service experience in call center or HR support environment preferred
