We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Spare Part Officer to join our dynamic team in Bekasi. In this role, you will be the backbone of our workshop efficiency, ensuring that the right parts are available at the right time to keep our clients' vehicles moving.
As our Spare Part Officer, you will manage complex inventory systems, streamline procurement processes, and maintain accurate data records. This is a vital position that requires not only technical knowledge of automotive components but also strong analytical skills to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and prevent supply chain bottlenecks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end spare part inventory including receiving, shelving, and issuing parts to the workshop team.
- Perform regular stock opname and reconciliation to ensure physical stock matches system data.
- Process purchase requisitions for low-stock items while maintaining optimal inventory thresholds.
- Monitor and analyze spare part turnover rates to identify slow-moving or obsolete items.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and verify the quality of incoming components.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment.
- Prepare periodic reports on inventory status, consumption trends, and material costs for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma degree in Automotive Engineering, Logistics, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or automotive warehousing.
- Strong familiarity with automotive spare part codes and technical classifications.
- Proficiency in using Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Accurate, or similar).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and mathematical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced workshop environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with mechanics and suppliers.
- Willingness to be based in Bekasi, Jawa Barat.
