Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and optimize spare parts inventory management systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize holding costs
- Develop and implement strategic procurement policies for critical spare parts across multiple product lines
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing spare parts team through performance coaching and skill development
- Analyze demand forecasting data and market trends to align inventory strategies with business growth objectives
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to monitor departmental performance and continuous improvement
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient parts distribution and fulfillment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies across all operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in spare parts management with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in inventory optimization systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and financial metrics
- Exceptional team management capabilities with demonstrated success in mentoring diverse teams
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPIM) or related field preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English for cross-functional collaboration
