Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct on-site spare parts inventories to ensure accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies
- Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations efficiently, ensuring timely processing of parts
- Track planned maintenance schedules and coordinate spare parts availability to minimize equipment downtime
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure optimal parts availability
- Monitor stock levels and implement reorder processes to prevent shortages
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize spare parts management processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics certification preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or spare parts handling
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of heavy machinery components and spare parts is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills and proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
