Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct on-site spare parts inventories to ensure accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies
  • Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations efficiently, ensuring timely processing of parts
  • Track planned maintenance schedules and coordinate spare parts availability to minimize equipment downtime
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and implement inventory control procedures
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure optimal parts availability
  • Monitor stock levels and implement reorder processes to prevent shortages
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize spare parts management processes

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; technical or logistics certification preferred
  • Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or spare parts handling
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and ERP systems
  • Basic knowledge of heavy machinery components and spare parts is advantageous
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
