Mahakarya Sukses Indonesia (MITO Group) is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Spareparts Management Supervisor to lead our inventory operations in Tangerang. In this critical role, you will be the backbone of our spare parts ecosystem, ensuring optimal stock levels, seamless distribution, and high-performance logistics management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the entire lifecycle of spare parts inventory, from procurement to final distribution.
- Develop and implement robust stock control processes to ensure 99.9% inventory accuracy.
- Analyze demand patterns and lead times to optimize reorder points and avoid stockouts.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to achieve daily performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to negotiate with suppliers and ensure cost-effective acquisitions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and annual stock audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and minimize warehouse waste.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in spare parts management, inventory control, or warehouse supervision.
- Deep understanding of ERP/WMS software and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable decisions.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
