Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety specifications for commercial and industrial projects
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure technical compliance and product integration
- Conduct product training sessions and technical presentations for stakeholders
- Monitor industry regulations and update specifications to maintain compliance
- Analyze project requirements to recommend optimal fire safety solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to support technical bid preparations
- Maintain documentation of specifications and technical approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Fire Safety Technology
- Minimum 5 years' experience in fire safety specification or technical sales
- Certification in Fire Safety Engineering (NFPA, FPE) preferred
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian fire safety regulations (SNI standards)
- Strong technical writing skills with ability to create detailed specifications
- Experience with CAD/BIM software and specification databases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
