Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and review detailed technical specifications for building materials to ensure project requirements are met.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure material compatibility and adherence to design intent.
- Analyze project blueprints and drawings to identify specific material needs.
- Provide technical support and guidance to sales representatives and clients regarding product selection and application.
- Stay updated on the latest building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Indonesia.
- Maintain and update product catalogs and technical documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Specifier or in a similar technical role within the building materials industry.
- Strong understanding of local Indonesian building codes (SNI) and construction standards.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CAD software is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
