Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and optimize physical vapor deposition (PVD) / sputtering process parameters to maintain high yield and quality.
- Perform troubleshooting on process equipment and execute root cause analysis for manufacturing deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Conduct material characterization and analyze thin-film properties to meet stringent industry standards.
- Maintain detailed documentation of process logs, experimental data, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and cleanroom operating procedures.
- Participate in new product introduction (NPI) projects and assist in scaling processes from pilot to mass production.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Material Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; internship or project experience in thin-film deposition is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and basic knowledge of material characterization techniques (e.g., SEM, XRD).
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
